Dr. Pramod Hari Mahajan is an approved Laser surgeon by Australian Centre For Medical Laser Technology. He is a life member of Indian Association of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons, Federation of Restoration & Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetology Society of India, Cutaneous Surgeons of India, Indian Society of facial plastic surgeons. Association of Plastic Surgeons of India, All India Rhinology Society, Association of Otolaryngologist of India, Indian Society of Otology and many more. He has done his postgraduate course from Govt. Medical College, Nagpur in 1981. He is a professor of surgery in M.H. Medical College, Nashik. He regularly gives lectures on cosmetology, otolaryngology and head, neck and face. He has written about ten books on health problem cases to educate the masses. Case paper filed are useful to patient. He educates patient about problems of precautions to be observed. He was the first ENT surgeon to start vestibular investigation and tympanographic procedures in North Maharashtra. He has started first multilaser centre in North Maharashtra.

He has undergone training in various recognized cosmetic surgery workshops held at Bombay Hospital, Mumbai, G.T. Hospital, Mumbai, Moolchand Hospital, New Delhi, Medical University, Luchnow, Medical College, Jaipur. He is certified for lasers by Australia Board. He has acquired training in Lasers under the guidance of Prof. Penny Smalley (USA), Prof. Dr. Prasad (Professor of Dermatology, Ranchi), Dr. Dhepe (Dermatologist, Pune), Dr. Satish Arolkar (Plastic Surgeon, Mumbai), Dr. Alok Dixit (Durg) and Dr. K.S. Chaudhari (Cosmetic Surgeon, Pune).

He has undergone special training in Laser Cosmetic surgery, facial plasty, hair transplant, hair implant, permanent hair removal, body contouring, fat reduction, fat grafting. He has multiple types of LASERs such as long pulse ND YAG laser, Q-switch YAG laser, CO 2 laser , IPL in his surgical centre, which are effective in treatment of most of the various types of cosmetic problems. This is the first and only surgical center in North Maharashtra which is well-equipped with multiple LASERs.

He is a well-known ENT, cosmetic and head-neck-face surgeon in Nashik. He has acquired special skills in rhinoplasty and cosmetic face-neck-head surgeries. He teaches and guides other doctors regularly. He also organizes training programmes for general physicians. His articles consistently appear in many newspapers and magazines.

He is a successful writer and has written ten books on medical and health subjects.

He has mini-educational museum in his clinic, which enlightens the regular visitors. He has prepared educational DVD for doctors and community. His goals are:
